HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days. This includes production time since most of the products are made to order.
Estimated Delivery Time
We will send tracking information to the email used during the purchase as soon as the order is processed. Delivery may take approximately 4-5 days.

If your order has yet to arrive in the estimated delivery times, feel free to get in touch with our support team at (email).
If your order hasn't arrived within 60 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund.
(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
RETURNS AND REFUND GUARANTEE
For items received that are not as we described in our listing and defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item as soon as possible.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We charge a 30% restocking fee for non-defective items and items received in 100% condition. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request. As soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition and made within 15 days of delivery.
Noel and Twins have the right to refuse returns that pass the 15-day allowed time after delivery.
